We are seeking a Social Creator Strategist to step into a pivotal role, driving the strategy, sourcing, and execution of creator-driven social content. Description: This role partners closely with creators, agencies, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute creator-driven social content. The work spans strategy, execution, and measurement, with an emphasis on platform-native storytelling and scalable social programs.

Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement social content strategies that support creator-led storytelling across Services initiatives.
- Identify, source, and collaborate with creators to produce original, platform-native social content aligned to campaign objectives.
- Lead creator-driven social campaigns from concept through execution, including briefing, feedback, and delivery timelines.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as marketing, communications, editorial, and product to align social content with broader priorities.
- Evaluate performance using analytics and insights to assess effectiveness and inform future content strategy.
- Ensure creator content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and platform best practices.
- Monitor social and cultural trends to identify new opportunities for creator-led storytelling and audience engagement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing projects and workflows within creator and social marketing digital content environments.
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and creators.
- Experience managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets across concurrent projects.
- Experience using project management tools or systems to track work, document progress, and report on status.
- Experience developing, refining, and implementing project workflows or processes to improve efficiency across cross-functional teams.
- Great written and verbal communications
- Experience presenting Keynote decks and presentations to stakeholders and leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with creators, influencers, or external talent on marketing or social content initiatives.
- Experience supporting social or digital campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, or similar channels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with experience providing status updates and documentation.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, communications, editorial, or creative teams.
