Contract Role: Senior Global Compensation Analyst

Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to support a high-volume market pricing initiative across LATAM and global job families. This role will focus on market benchmarking, pay structure validation, and maintenance of the market pricing system (Market Pay). It requires compensation analysis and partnering with global stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Required Experience & Tools



  • 5+ years of compensation experience (in-house or consulting)
  • Global/multinational compensation experience (required)
  • Strong market pricing experience (required)
  • Experience with MarketPay (PayScale) (required)
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication (required)
  • Advanced Excel/data analysis skills (required)
  • Workday experience (preferred)
  • Global job architecture experience (Korn Ferry or Mercer preferred)


Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct market pricing and job evaluations using external market data and internal frameworks
  • Analyze effectiveness and competitiveness of compensation programs; model impacts of alternatives
  • Partner with Americas compensation teams on market pricing and special projects
  • Support compensation data integrity and resolve discrepancies across systems


30-Day Deliverables

1. LATAM New Role Pricing (~100 roles)



  • Market price new roles using existing job descriptions/matches from other countries
  • Apply country-specific market considerations and range setting


2. Structure Audit: Mexico Market Pricing (564 jobs)



  • Validate market pricing data, range placement, and career progression
  • Identify and close pricing/data errors
  • Resolve data issues with HRIS and regional stakeholders


3. Global HR Job Family Pricing (69 roles)



  • Validate global pricing and ensure alignment across geographies


4. Americas Pricing Support (Ad hoc)



  • Provide overflow support for market pricing requests as needed


5. Compensation Analysis & Special Projects



  • Conduct modeling and impact analysis (e.g., incentive eligibility changes)
  • Support audits, data preparation, and transition activities


This contract role offers full-time hours, can be completely remote (CST hours) and is expected to last 1 month (covering for a leave of abcense)
