Summary

This role takes a proactive approach to supporting Weisiger equipment and Weisiger customers' equipment by analyzing condition monitoring data. It involves consulting with customers, PSSRs, and others on effective equipment management strategies and recommendations based on condition monitoring. This includes utilizing resources such as SOS Sampling inspections, electronic data on site conditions, equipment history, Vision Link, PM database, etc., along with other indicators as they become available, to offer relevant recommendations. Previous work experience is typically required for this role.

Essential Functions

  • Utilize advanced analytics through the Condition Monitoring (CM) Dashboard from UPTAKE to thoroughly review and interpret oil samples, inspection data, and telematics data
  • Analyze data from the CM dashboard to create actionable leads
  • Set up and provide comprehensive EMSolutions reports to customers, offering insights and recommendations derived from data analyses.
  • Set up and maintain EMSolutions billing to customers ensuring transparency and clarity in billing processes.
  • Communicate with PSSRs and MSRs about equipment leads and follow up on this communication
  • Utilize email and SalesLink for communication and coordination of analytical findings
  • Directly engage with customers when necessary, addressing Condition Monitoring-related matters and providing insightful recommendations.
  • Track and report monthly Condition Monitoring "wins"
  • Provide pricing estimates when needed using PSQ (Parts and Sales Quoter)
  • Work with dealership Standard Jobs Coordinator to use dealership BUILDER database files for pricing
  • Validate repair option standards throughout the dealership
  • Self-motivated with the ability to maintain daily routines and adapt to changing conditions
  • Ability to communicate with customers and technicians both verbally and written
  • Employ reports and analysis skills to make CM recommendations
  • Make decisions and recommendations based on analytics, situations and service experience
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

  • Two or Four year degree highly preferred
  • Experience in service and/or parts recommended

Computer Skills

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Experienced user of the dealer's business systems (SISWEB, Contract Tracking, Work Order, or Parts Ordering) with ability to learn new platforms such as CM Dashboard, EMT and Service Scheduler
