About the Role AVIAN is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to provide acquisition, program management, and sustainment support to the Next Generation Jammer (NGJ) In-Service Integrated Product Team (IPT). The successful candidate will serve as a senior advisor to Government leadership, supporting strategic planning, program execution, financial management, and acquisition activities across the lifecycle of NGJ sustainment initiatives. This position requires a highly experienced professional capable of independently managing complex acquisition and sustainment efforts while providing oversight of cost, schedule, performance, and risk management activities. The Senior Program Analyst will support decision-making through detailed analysis, technical evaluations, executive-level communications, and coordination among Government and industry stakeholders.
