Zayo is seeking a Revenue Retention Execution Lead to be responsible for the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of program initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

This role works closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to coordinate projects, track performance, and help drive scalable, efficient solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in project or program coordination and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of program initiatives aligned with organizational goals

  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, operations, business teams) to support project delivery and ensure alignment

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and track progress against backlogs and timelines

  • Develop and standardize program documentation, processes, and best practices to improve scalability and operational efficiency

  • Monitor and analyze program performance by tracking key metrics, risks, and progress against goals

  • Contribute to program reporting, dashboards, and scorecards for stakeholders and leadership

  • Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and support project planning and prioritization

  • Identify and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies

  • Own budget tracking and resource coordination for assigned initiatives

  • Facilitate meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-ups

  • Escalate risks or issues as needed and support mitigation efforts

What Success Looks Like:

  • Deliver accurate, timely program reporting that supports decision-making

  • Effectively coordinate multiple initiatives with strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and maintain alignment across teams

  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance team efficiency and execution

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, or a related field

  • Proven experience working in or supporting Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps)

  • Experience with collaboration/documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Notion)

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus

  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce

  • CAPM, PMP (in progress), or Scrum certification is a plus

Estimated base salary range: $68,100 - $104,700 USD/annually.

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.

The posting will be active for a minimum of 3 days. The active posting will continue to extend by 3 days until the position is filled.
