We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role provides administrative support while delivering exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.


Key Responsibilities




  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.



  • Process customer orders, applications, invoices, and service requests.



  • Provide accurate pricing, product, and delivery information.



  • Coordinate customer needs with sales, operations, and other internal departments.



  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.



  • Set up and maintain customer accounts and databases.



  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, document preparation, correspondence, and mail processing.



  • Manage office and kitchen supply inventory and purchasing as needed.



  • Organize workflow and prioritize tasks to meet customer expectations and deadlines.



  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
