  • UX and usability enhancements that reduce friction for frontline users.
  • Workflow simplification that improves speed, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Thoughtful exploration and rollout of AI-enabled capabilities that drive real productivity gains.
  • Champion enablement and adoption, ensuring new features are well understood, effectively rolled out, and measurably improving how sales and CS teams work.
  • Increase leadership presence and credibility with senior stakeholders through clear point of view, confident facilitation, and consistent, data-backed communication.
  • Strengthen leadership within Salesforce delivery teams as a people manager - setting clear expectations, empowering team members, and modeling outcome-oriented decision-making.
  • Partner closely with sales, CS, finance, and engineering leaders to surface risks early, manage trade-offs, and maintain momentum on high-impact initiatives.
  • Define and track success metrics (e.g., adoption, efficiency gains, user satisfaction, business outcomes) to ensure Salesforce investments deliver intended value.

Successful execution will lead to sales, customer success, and finance leaders viewing you as a trusted, proactive partner in shaping Salesforce strategy; clearer prioritization and faster decision-making; measurable improvements in user efficiency and satisfaction; stronger adoption of new capabilities; and a more confident leadership presence as you expand your impact as both a delivery leader and people manager.
