This Manager of Sales is responsible for defining, leading and motivating the sales organization to deliver on growth performance objectives. The scope of this job includes distributing and continuously maintaining quota at the individual level, partnering with operations, and managing the relationship between the sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily activities of the sales team, including goal setting, performance management, and alignment with overall sales objectives.
  • Drive sales performance through key metrics, including revenue, prospecting, pipeline health, conversion rates, and quotas, and provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Learn and incorporate new solutions, capabilities, sales tactics, and tools into the sales team.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to sales representatives by equipping them with the skills and knowledge to succeed and conducting regular training sessions on sales techniques, solution knowledge, and market insights.
  • Work closely with marketing, solution development, and other departments to align client outreach, solution launches, and sales initiatives.
  • Proactively review and optimize sales processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in meeting business targets and team objectives.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 0-1 years of relevant management work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare sales experience
  • Previous management experience

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 50% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
