A Taste of What You'll Do

At Gallo Glass, we are driven by precision, innovation, and the impact of data-driven decisions. As a Finance Analyst, you'll play a critical role in shaping how our business evaluates performance, plans for the future, and drives operational excellence. You'll partner cross-functionally across finance, manufacturing, and business teams to analyze trends, interpret data, and influence decisions that power one of the world's leading glass manufacturing operations.

In this role, you'll transform complex financial data into meaningful insights. From forecasting performance and analyzing financial trends to evaluating investments and supporting departmental budgets, your work will help guide strategic initiatives and optimize business outcomes. You'll also contribute to special projects, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend actionable solutions that elevate performance across the organization.

What You'll Need



  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience in accounting or finance reflecting increasing levels or responsibility; or Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of Gallo experience to include business analytics and financial modeling work.
  • Experience with MS Excel at an intermediate level.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.


How You'll Stand Out



  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance plus 5 years experience in accounting or finance reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations; writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals; and presenting information to groups.
  • Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions, including interpreting technical instructions and managing multiple variables.
  • Knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of this particular field of specialization.
