Your responsibilities Summary The Process Engineer is a key contributor to the Process Engineering team at thyssenkrupp Dynamic Components. Specifically, the Process Engineer is responsible for working both independently and cross-functionally on challenging and demanding projects for the development, design, installation, debug, startup and optimization of highly developed automated manufacturing equipment. This position is a pivotal position with the priority of successfully evaluating existing processes and configuring manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability and develop best practices within the production process. This team is fully engaged in the implementation of highly automated, global technology. Area of Focus The Process Engineer (PCE) has progressive levels PCE I, PCE II, PCE III, and PCE Team Lead. The levels receive associated progressive expectations. These expectations are formulated to give a general understanding of the tiered positions. They are not necessarily all-encompassing. Meeting these expectations and the educational/experiential requirements to follow do NOT guarantee the position, but are needed for consideration. PCE II
Qualifications: The Process Engineer has progressive levels, Process Engineer I, II, and III. The levels are linked to experience, track record, and expectations of ability. Additionally, the Process Engineer Team Lead option is possible as a supervisory succession track. To perform this job successfully, a successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
