CNC Supervisor

Essential Responsibilities & Duties:

• Directly supervises the activities and workflow for all hourly team members in responsible areas during the day shift operation as well as planning the workflow of each area during the evening and night shift operations including coordinating with the supervisors and area team leaders on those shifts.
• Communicates clearly and directly with employees regarding safety, quality performance expectations, productivity, and accountability.
• Administers company policies and practices fairly, providing corrective action plans and disciplinary actions as necessary to motivate positive change.
• Effectively communicates with leadership and peers regarding issues arising during the shift.
• Directs the training activities for new employees in responsible areas.
• Ensures that work areas comply with health, safety, environmental and 6S standards - training in emergency response and waste management required.
• Supports a lean, high-performance culture that rewards achievement of goals and encourages continuous improvement.

Direct Reports:

• Hourly personnel including Team Leaders on all shifts.
