Weekly Work Hours 40Compensation Range Administrator Range E05Salary Minimum $92,700.00 AnnuallyFLSA United States of America (Exempt)Position Type Administrator Job SummaryThe Director provides strategic leadership, planning, and operational oversight for the Dallas College Promise Program. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving a comprehensive, student-centered model that supports recruitment, enrollment, persistence, and completion outcomes. The role ensures alignment across enrollment management, student success, technology, and external partnerships to maximize program effectiveness, scalability, and impact. Essential Duties & Responsibilities* Provide strategic leadership for the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Dallas College Promise Program. * Develop and oversee dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics in collaboration with institutional data and analytics teams. Required Dallas College Professional Development Hours per Academic Year.
* Perform other duties not listed as assigned. The following duties are required for People Leader roles specifically: Required Qualifications for Role: * Experience in project/program management and implementation of technology-enabled solutions *** Will be subject to a criminal background check.
