As a Treasury Management (TM) Analyst, your primary role is to serve as a client-facing support and sales enablement partner within Treasury Management, responsible for completing Treasury Management onboarding, supporting smaller revenue opportunities, and helping move client solutions from proposal through implementation. This role partners closely with Treasury Management Consultants to prepare proposals, support pricing and profitability analysis, and coordinate implementation.

As a TM Analyst, you will:

  • Complete onboarding and maintenance work to support accurate and timely setup of Treasury Management services.
  • Complete routine Treasury Management reviews for lower-complexity clients within each consultant's portfolio to help ensure all clients receive proactive outreach and ongoing portfolio coverage.
  • Support Treasury Management Consultants with proposals, pricing, and core solution sales, such as Positive Pay for pipeline opportunities.
  • Prepare client materials and research, including relationship reviews, pitch materials, and account information.
  • Coordinate with internal and product partners to help deliver solutions and support smooth implementation.
  • Assist with pipeline and sales-cycle support to ensure proposals, pricing, and setup activities are completed accurately.
  • Build knowledge of Treasury products, client needs, and market trends to strengthen recommendations and support future growth opportunities.

Qualifications:



  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.


  • In addition to education in the field of business or related field, prefer 3-5 years of experience in a TM sales or operational-related role.


  • Banking or financial experience is preferred.
