Overview The Foundation Giving & Grants Manager is a strategic leader responsible for developing, writing, and securing significant philanthropic and government funding to advance Benedictine's mission and organizational priorities across all communities. This position partners closely with Foundation leadership operational leadership, and Benedictine Support Center teams to translate strategic initiatives into compelling funding opportunities that drive organization-wide impact across all Benedictine communities. This position leads a comprehensive, organization-wide institutional giving strategy, managing a portfolio of high-value foundation, corporate, and government funders. The Foundation Giving & Grants Manager serves as the organization's expert in institutional funding and is accountable for significant revenue generation, cross-functional leadership, and establishing best practices that strengthen Benedictine's fundraising performance at scale. Responsibilities
Leads the development and execution of an organization-wide institutional giving strategy aligned with Benedictine's strategic priorities, capital investments, growth initiatives, and community needs. Partners with Foundation and operational leadership to identify, prioritize, and position high-impact funding opportunities.
