Job Description: PURPOSE: Responsible for administration of assigned projects, including specific phases of project management under supervision, working with schedules, cost projections, contracts, and project status reports. SCOPE: Project sizes may range from $1 - $30+M WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Work directly with owners/clients, field superintendents, subcontractors, internal accounting, IT, legal, marketing and construction management team MAJOR TASKS/DUTIES, ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES, AND ACCOUNTABILITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE ROLE:
Candidate Requirements: Experience, knowledge, skills, education and abilities - required or preferred - to be successful:
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 6 years of commercial construction experience. A bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is required. You must have an advanced knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing and bel able to use Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
