Salary: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- 3-5 years of experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing operations, or a related technical field
- 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership, project management, and employee development skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, urgent requests, and production demands simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with inventory management, production scheduling, and process improvement initiatives
- Ability to work effectively with production, quality, maintenance, shipping, and receiving teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Job Duties:
- Support the Plant Manager and serve as backup for daily plant operations
- Oversee shipping and receiving operations, including personnel, processes, and company drivers
- Manage raw material, packaging, and consumable inventories
- Develop and maintain facility-wide standards for cleanliness and organization
- Monitor high-priority jobs through production to ensure customer delivery and quality requirements are met
- Identify production schedule challenges and implement corrective actions
- Serve as a liaison between Quality and Production teams to resolve quality issues
- Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure equipment issues are addressed quickly and downtime is minimized
- Drive process optimization, workflow improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Train, coach, and develop employees across multiple departments
- Support waste reduction and rework minimization efforts
- Assist in creating solutions that improve productivity, customer service, and overall plant performance
