Requirements:

• 2+ years of banking, loan servicing, finance, or related experience required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage loan documentation and maintain accurate records
• Experience with data entry, reporting, and compliance-related processes
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of banking regulations and loan servicing practices preferred
• Proficiency with computer systems and financial software

Job Duties:

• Review, organize, and maintain residential real estate loan files
• Prepare and send paid loan letters and satisfaction documents
• Track force-placed insurance and communicate with lenders as needed
• Manage FNMA delinquency processes and complete monthly reporting requirements
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate FNMA loan records
• Prepare reports and assist with audits and quality control activities
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide loan servicing support
• Process insurance renewals and maintain compliance with bank policies and regulations
• Support daily operations within the Real Estate department
