  • You are highly organized, especially when it comes to shipping manifests and customs documents.
  • You enjoy a physical, fast-paced role that blends computer-based inventory management with hands-on material handling.
  • Shipping & Receiving: Manage the complete receiving, inspection, and routing process for all incoming raw materials and chemicals, ensuring flawless documentation.
  • International Logistics: Coordinate domestic and international shipments, preparing necessary customs documentation and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.
  • ERP Management: Execute and manage all shipping, receiving, and material stock transactions using SAP.
  • Inventory Control: Perform stocking and inventory management of raw materials, hazardous chemicals, and cleanroom/fab consumables.
  • Kanban Maintenance: Monitor and restock Kanban materials based on production usage and operational requirements.
  • Procurement Collaboration: Partner closely with the Procurement Team to maintain accurate inventory levels, report delays, and avoid production disruptions.
  • Auditing: Conduct weekly physical inventory counts and reconcile physical stock with system data.
  • Material Lifecycle: Track material batch expiration dates, coordinate replacements, prepare wafers for scrapping, and coordinate outbound scrap shipments per company procedures.
  • Safety & Facility Support: Maintain and organize the safety supplies cabinet, monitor yard space/dumpsters (ensuring old pallets/crates are disposed of appropriately), and ensure all material handling complies with safety and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, warehouse, or a materials support role.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of hazardous chemical handling and related safety protocols (HazMat).
  • Familiarity with Kanban systems and lean inventory practices.
  • HazMat Certified or willingness to acquire.
