What You Will Do:

Strategize and plan growth of (Amazon) for the Professional Products Division. Acquire and retain customers along all touch points of their path to purchase. Partner with key stakeholders plan promotions and activate Amazon levers to support growth and meet sales goals/forecasts. Foster the growth of a dedicated team of digital/eCommerce experts. This role will have direct reports.

  • Develop and inspire a best-in-class Amazon team, leaning into the core principles of speed to market, agility, and data-driven consumer insights to accelerate the business.
  • Reach sales targets that achieve marketshare gains in haircare/styling on Amazon through new consumer acquisition and deepening customer retention.
  • Drive continuous improvement within team processes, insights, and automation.
  • Work with Heads of Sales, Finance, and Brand Leadership to create annual sales plan, brand fuel budget, and promotion budget for sell-thru and net sales.
  • Assume full responsibility of the PPD Amazon results including retail, gross, and net sales and manage the channel P&L, partnering with Supply Chain, Media and other departments to drive responsible growth on Amazon.
  • Partner with the Amazon Vendor Managers to overcome obstacles and maximize the business opportunities.
  • Test and learn with first-to-market opportunities and building new business channels for PPD brands. Maintain a point of view on best practices related to luxury user experiences.
  • Achieve executional excellence through the empowerment and development of direct reports. Foster team collaboration, positivity, and entrepreneurial spirit.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree and interest in the luxury industry.

* 7-9 years of progressive experience managing a B2C eCommerce

* Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication/presentation skills

* Strong analytical skills

* Strong organizational and follow-up skills

* Ability to work independently within a rigorous deadline schedule

* Ability to function in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

* Strong presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced data, analytics and financial skills

* Advanced negotiation skills

* Advanced P&L management
