The ES Strategic Programs & Operations, Senior Manager plays a critical role in driving the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of one of Employee Success (ES) - Salesforce's Human Resources organization - highest priority programs,
Go for Growth (G4G), while providing operational leadership and program management support across other strategic ES initiatives as needed.
The G4G program is essential to ensuring our globally distributed GTM teams have what they need to begin selling and achieve a fast start at the beginning of each fiscal year. Partnering closely with the ES G4G Program Director and cross-functional stakeholders, this individual will lead complex, enterprise-wide workstreams, drive operational rigor, and ensure seamless execution across a highly visible and business-critical program. Success in this role requires exceptional program management expertise, strong stakeholder influence, systems thinking, and the ability to translate strategy into execution across a highly matrixed environment. This leader will serve as the operational backbone of the program, driving alignment, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring key milestones are delivered on time and with quality. This role also requires an AI-native mindset and a passion for redesigning work. The ideal candidate continuously identifies opportunities to simplify processes, leverage AI-powered tools and automation, and improve operational effectiveness at scale.
