Essential Duties and Responsibilities

What You'll Do


Facilitate financial strategy for the 80/20 globally, ensuring resources are focused on the highest-return activities.


Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate business scenarios and guide strategic decisions.


Partner with department heads to identify underperforming areas and reallocate budgets toward high-impact projects.


Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting with a focus on actionable insights, not just numbers.


Implement cost-optimization initiatives without compromising quality or innovation.


Collaborate with operations and analytics teams to integrate financial data into broader performance dashboards.


Monitor performance on key initiatives and redirect the team back on track where gaps to target appear

Supervisory Responsibilities

What You'll Bring


3+ years of progressive finance experience in an industrial manufacturing company


Proven track record in P/L creation and analysis.


Dogged determination to obtain the right data where it may not be readily available


Ability to work in the 'grey' and create new processes and ways of working, where they dont exist today


Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies.


Experience in resource allocation and profitability analysis, ideally within an 80/20 or lean-focused environment.


Proficiency with financial modeling tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar) and ERP systems.


Exceptional communication skills-you can influence decisions at the executive level and inspire your team.

PAY & BENEFITS

  4. Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits beginonthe first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
  5. Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
  6. 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
  7. Tuition Reimbursement
