Position Description

  • Lead company-wide Lean Six Sigma initiatives across our global operations
  • Drives operational excellence, improving productivity, reducing waste, enhancing quality, and building a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization
  • Executes and manages the company's Continuous Improvement strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify operational improvement opportunities and prioritize strategic initiatives
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to measure improvement impact and sustain gains
  • Will be lead point of contact for monthly rollup meetings and presentations
  • Manage alignment to parent company's Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Moderate travel will be required


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of manufacturing experience with progressive leadership responsibilities
  • 5+ years leading Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement programs in a manufacturing environment
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required; Master Black Belt preferred
  • Proven success driving measurable operational improvements and cost savings
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing systems and operational excellence principles
  • Experience leading change initiatives in complex manufacturing organizations


      Preferred Qualifications

      • Multi-site manufacturing experience
      • Experience with automation, Industry 4.0, or digital manufacturing initiatives
      • ERP/MRP system knowledge (Syteline, CSI, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
