Job Scope

- Adopt the Company Continuous Improvement System and drive Improvement initiatives within Industrial scope and in SPQDC framework
- Foster a culture of Operational Excellence and autonomy of Stakeholder in executing improvement initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional team
- Report to a central function and operate mainly locally with functional change agents/facilitators, ensuring the improvement initiatives are aligned with both global strategies and local operational needs
- Manage KPIs and governance at Site level consistently with Immuno Global Operations

Job Responsibilities and Duties

- Analyze processes, identify wastes and support countermeasures implementation aimed at increasing value and enhancing performances such as productivity, quality, cost, delivery. Set improvement priority accordingly together with Key Stakeholders and design yearly CI plan
- Explore, know and train Operational Excellence methods and tools (VSM, Problem Solving, Hoshin Kanri, etc.) to drive sustainable improvements and eliminate wastes
- Guide idea management for Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Monitor and report to functional heads and Industrial Management the effectiveness of implemented changes, making adjustments as necessary to ensure long-term success
- Analyse data and indicators to support/take decision
- Work cross-functionally and keep constant relationship with key stakeholders ensuring proper alignment
- Drive kaizen and Problem Solving methods
- Ensure Daily Management System, Tier Structure, Gemba presence, Lean assessment are in place and followed
- Guarantee Company Continuous Improvement System deployment and application
- Act as governance body for strategy deployment
- Manage Lean Knowledge and facilitate workshops, training, and coaching sessions to promote a culture of operational excellence and engage employees at all levels
- Communicate and celebrate results

Education, Experience and Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree Engineering/Life Science/Economics required or
  • Master's Degree Engineering/Life Science/Economics preferred


  • 5+ Years proven track record in driving process improvement initiatives within manufacturing, supply chain or operational environments. Team leading skills. Experience in Life Science as a plus required


  • Balanced between "Thinking" and "Doing", High energy, Passion for engaging employees from all levels of the organization, Passion for training/ coaching formally & informally (mentoring), Team oriented, Ability to cope with complex situations and to deliver in a fast-changing environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills



Licenses and Certifications



  • Lean methods and tools (VSM, Data analysis, RCA, Change Management, Project Management, Automation and Digitalization tools, A3PPS, HK, Six Sigma and SPC as a plus), proficient with MS365 preferred



Travel Requirements



  • 20% occasionally traveling in EU Immuno sites if needed

The hiring range for this position is $86,700 - $107,100 annually. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. Beyond base salary, Diasorin offers a competitive rewards package focused on your overall well-being.
