Administers team member wellness programs, including health and wellbeing initiatives and onsite wellness activities. Assists team members with program participation, resources, and inquiries. Ensures effective delivery of wellness programs in alignment with company policies and organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities
Required Education & Experience
Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma Years of Experience: 5-7 Years Field of Expertise: Experience in fitness center operations, wellness program coordination, recreation services, or a Preferred Education & Experience
Minimum Education Level: Associate's Degree Specialized Degree: None Licenses/Certificates: None Years of Experience: 8-11 Years Field of Expertise: Experience in corporate wellness programs, onsite fitness center operations, and coordination of Spans of Control
