Your role
The Transport Process and Continuous Improvement Lead is responsible for the design, optimization, and governance of transportation-related processes, systems, and data across the North American Service Center (NSC) and supporting entities. This role owns the development of scalable solutions that improve visibility, automation, and decision-making within Transport and across connected functions, including Planning, Purchasing, Warehousing, Customer Service, Finance, Customer Centers, and Product Companies. The Process and Continuous Improvement Lead orchestrates cross-functional initiatives, develops reporting and system capabilities, and ensures sustainable, well-documented processes that drive operational efficiency, cost reduction, service improvement, and environmental performance. The role also contributes to global transport alignment and supports the continued development of the Business Process Expert function within NSC.
