Your role

The Transport Process and Continuous Improvement Lead is responsible for the design, optimization, and governance of transportation-related processes, systems, and data across the North American Service Center (NSC) and supporting entities.

This role owns the development of scalable solutions that improve visibility, automation, and decision-making within Transport and across connected functions, including Planning, Purchasing, Warehousing, Customer Service, Finance, Customer Centers, and Product Companies.

The Process and Continuous Improvement Lead orchestrates cross-functional initiatives, develops reporting and system capabilities, and ensures sustainable, well-documented processes that drive operational efficiency, cost reduction, service improvement, and environmental performance. The role also contributes to global transport alignment and supports the continued development of the Business Process Expert function within NSC.

  • Systems, Data, and Automation (e.g., SAP S/4HANA or equivalent, Power BI, SQL, Power Automate and/or system integrations (API/EDI) preferred)

  • Training, Documentation, and Adoption
  • Strategic Contribution and Role Development


Education and Skills:



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, computer science, business or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Lean Six Sigma experience or continuous improvement training is an asset
  • Strong experience with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement within transportation, logistics, or supply chain environments

Job location

Hybrid
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Distribution Center in Charlotte, North Carolina
