Job Title: Driver Plant Services OOT

Pay: Hourly

Schedule: Rotation Schedule, Days/Nights/Weekends/Travel required

We at Sun Coast Resources LLC, a RelaDyne company, are hiring Driver Plant Servies OOT for Houston, TX. This is a great opportunity for a driver looking for steady hours, strong pay, at a safety-focused company. Routes may include days, nights, overnight travel, and weekends depending on location. Key Responsibilities


  • Follow delivery instructions, and maintain compliance with all DOT, company and customer safety and operational policies and procedures
  • Properly load and unload product at various customer locations in a professional, courteous, timely, safe, and efficient manner
  • Refuel customer fleet vehicles, generators, compressors and plant equipment as needed
  • Meeting scheduled delivery times and ensure proper fuel is delivered
  • Connect and disconnect hoses, operating pumps and valves for loading and unloading
  • Use onboard technology as instructed (Smartlogix, Samsara)
  • Complete paperwork accurately and timely
  • Comply with company accident and incident reporting procedures for accidents and spills
  • Dedicated plant work, filling generators, cranes, etc. within the plany
  • Other related tasks as assigned by manager

Pay Range: - , General Benefits: Qualifications

  • Minimum age 23
  • Valid class A or B license with hazmat and tanker endorsements, a good driving record and a good understanding of DOT regulations
  • At least one year of experience hauling fuel in a tanker trailer or bobtail
  • TWIC Card
  • Able to be clean shaven
  • Able to pass background screening including DISA, Customer Required, and Criminal
  • Stable employment history
  • Some mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Able to read, speak, write and communicate using the English language well enough to perform the job functions
  • Able to work overtime, nights, weekends, and travel overnight for an extended period of time
  • May be subject to comply with site specific drug testing requirements which may include hair follicle drug testing
  • Strong customer service skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task, manage time, organize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment



Work Environment

  • Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
  • Exposure to fuel, fumes, and moving equipment
  • Physically demanding with extended driving time
  • May be required to lift objects weighing 50 pounds
  • Able to use three points of access getting in and out of the tractor, multiple times a day
  • Able to climb steps to verify tank compartments as needed
  • Able to work safely on uneven or muddy surfaces
