Job Title: Driver Lubes Bobtail Pay: Hourly Schedule: Monday - Friday, Hours TBD We at Sun Coast Resources LLC, a RelaDyne company, are hiring Driver Lubes Bobtail for Houston, TX. Key Responsibilities Pick up and deliver products to assigned locations as instructed Properly load and unload product at various customer locations in a professional, courteous, timely, safe, and efficient manner Operate pumps for loading and unloading of bulk products Complete and turn in paperwork accurately and in a timely manner Properly follow all DOT regulations, policies, and procedures Follow company and customer operational and safety policies and procedures Use onboard technology as instructed (Smartlogix, Samsara) Comply with the company'saccident and incident reporting procedures for accidents and spills Other related tasks as assigned by manager Why Join Us? Must live within 60 miles of terminal Minimum age 23 A Valid TWIC Card Clean shaven Valid class A or B license with hazmat and tanker endorsements, a good driving record, and a good understanding of DOT regulations Have at least one year of experience hauling liquid bulk in a tanker trailer or bobtail Able to drive a 10-speed tractor Able to work nights, weekends, and an extended workweek-overnight and/or out-of-town travel may be required Some mechanical and electrical aptitude Have a professional appearance and demeanor May be subject to comply with site specific drug testing requirements which may include hair follicle drug testing Able to obtain Pasadena Refinery, TPC, Valero Refinery, Houston Refinery, and Safety Council Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment and get along with others Able to read, speak, write, and communicate using the English language well enough to perform the job functions Strong customer service skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task, manage time, organize, and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Work Environment Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Exposure to fuel, fumes, and moving equipment Physically demanding with extended driving time May be required to lift objects weighing 50 pounds Able to use three points of access getting in and out of the tractor, multiple times a day Able to climb steps to verify tank compartments as needed Able to work safely on uneven or muddy surfaces Preferred Experience in the fuel and or Lube industry Class A Safety-Sensitive Position Notice: This position is designated as safety sensitive.
