Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $134,100.00 - $223,500.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 15 % or $ , based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

Position Details

We are looking for aStaffSoftware Engineer to join theProduct Information Management (PIM)Coreteam. Our team iscomprisedof varying levels of experience and backgrounds. As a Software Engineer in one of our teams, you can expect to work with other Software Engineers, Architects and Analysts to develop products and deliver solutions in a cloud environment and working with Technical Product Managers by helping with the execution of product roadmaps and backlog priorities. You will report totheSeniorEngineering Managerand head of PIM Engineering (temporary).

About the PIM Core Team

The PIM Core team is responsible for driving stability, clarity, and long-term sustainability across the PIM ecosystem. Our mission is to build and support a unified foundation of shared components that enable product teams to move faster with confidence. We do this by fostering a culture of shared ownership, clear accountability, and thoughtful stewardship of the systems and tools that power the PIM platform. We ensure reliable support for the Workstation Core software, maintain strong operational continuity, and document and rationalize all shared components to reduce ambiguity and improve maintainability.

You Will

  • Partner with engineers,architectsand analyststo develop solutions.

  • Utilize specialized skills based onour in-house Product Information Management platformasaFull Stackengineer.

  • Develop and guide PIM teams in adopting DevOps best practices.

  • Implement and focusoncontinuousdeliveryactivitiesin a GitHub environment.

  • Support team activities (daily standups, tech huddle topics, desk checks) and pairing with peers to work on stories.

  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior engineers as applicabletoallPIMengineering.

  • Consistently practiceGraingerengineeringSensibleDefaults on the team.

  • Contributeto team culture and supportahigh performing team.

You Have

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in computer science or a related field.

  • 5+years experienceas a Software Engineer.

  • Experience with Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React/Redux.

  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex technical problems and processes.

  • Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying applications using modern, established technologies.

  • Experiencecreating CI/CD &DevOpsautomation, including the use of infrastructureascode frameworks (e.g.,GitHub Actions,CloudFormation,Terraform).

  • Strong experience with AWS, helm,and Kubernetes is a plus.
