As a Security Officer Truck Scales in Tulsa, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a chemical and petrochemical environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and communicate with employees, visitors, contractors, and/or emergency personnel regarding site rules and security-related procedures.
• Support incident response by observing equipment areas, restricted zones, and operational spaces for policy violations, hazards, and/or suspicious activity, then escalating concerns through the proper chain of command.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
