Ecolab Purification Technologies, a global leader in resin-based separation and purification solutions, is seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Account Executiveto drive business growth across pharmaceutical, life sciences, and industrial markets. In this role, you will manage and expand a portfolio of customer accounts while identifying and closing new business opportunities through a digitally enabled sales approach.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts (70%) while expanding share (30%)

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunitiesacross targeted markets

  • Own the full sales cyclefrom prospecting through deal closure and renewal

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools and data-driven prioritization

  • Deliver compelling value propositions by connecting technical solutions to customer needs

  • Partner closely with field sales, applications, and cross-functional teams to drive customer success

  • Execute pricing and negotiation strategies aligned to business objectives

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5 years of experience in sales within technical, chemical, or life sciences industries

  • Proven success managing customer accounts and delivering on revenue targets

  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field preferred)

  • Experience in ion exchange, separations, or technical solution-based selling

  • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing and negotiation experience

  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value

  • Experience managing pipelines and closing complex opportunities

  • High level of initiative, urgency, and results orientation

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The total Compensation range for this position is $107,400-$161,100 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
