Overview The Domestic Agent III serves as an experienced, representative responsible for coordinating and executing complex domestic logistics activities. This role supports the full lifecycle of shipment management, including scheduling, tracking, documentation, and issue resolution. As a subjectmatter resource within the team, the Domestic Agent III handles escalated inquiries, ensures compliance with company and regulatory requirements, and maintains a high level of accuracy in all operational processes. The position also contributes to workflow improvements, supports training of junior staff, and helps ensure efficient, reliable service delivery to internal and external customers. Responsibilities
Quoting, tracking and tracing domestic freight shipments moving via air/ground on a daily basis. Track overhead shipments daily and route accordingly
Qualifications Education * High School Diploma or GED (required) * Associate degree or equivalent (preferred) Experience * 7+ years Freight Forwarding experience (required) * 10+ years (preferred) * 3+ years SAP, AS400 experience (preferred) * 3+ years Advanced knowledge of IATA and TSA regulations. (required) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Microsoft Office * Advanced knowledge of IATA and TSA regulations * Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with a variety of people * Understand company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks * Must have the ability to be a team leader and support teammates * Must be able to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced, high volume work environment Licenses and Certifications * Dangerous Goods Certification Upon Hire (preferred) | |||||
