The Maintenance Documentation Intern plays a critical behindthescenes role in keeping the Sheboygan site running smoothly. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate maintenance data and documentation-supporting calibrations, asset records, preventive maintenance (PM) data, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) documentation.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed, organized work and wants to support site operations without needing prior maintenance experience.

What You'll Do



  • Enter and maintain maintenance data in the ERP/CMMS, including asset records, calibration data, PM schedules, and calibration certificates
  • File, organize, and retain LOTO forms and related documentation in accordance with established procedures
  • Update calibration records and PM data based on information provided by Maintenance and Reliability teams
  • Maintain accurate spare parts and storeroom inventory records with a strong focus on data entry and documentation
  • Generate routine reports to support maintenance data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
  • Follow data entry standards and documentation practices to ensure data integrity
  • Work closely with maintenance personnel and supervisors to gather required information and resolve discrepancies
  • Support general documentation and archival tasks as assigned
  • Demonstrate safety awareness, identify potential documentation or reporting issues, and escalate concerns as needed


What We're Looking For



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
  • No maintenance experience required
  • Experience with data entry, filing systems, or administrative support (preferred)
