This position is offering a Pay rate of $$25-$27/hr, however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities
* Provides operational and administrative support to the HR department
* Initial point of contact and resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures, providing a high level of service to all areas of the business
* Provides support for annual HR processes
* Collaborate with HR professionals and contribute to projects that support the execution of HR programs
* Provide exceptional customer service to managers and employees.
* Identify trends in employee issues, seek out and recommend process improvements, and implement new procedures as appropriate.
* Help ensure compliance with all federal and state labor law requirements through support of corporate HR compliance efforts.

Qualifications
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to be proactive, multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
* Ability to build positive working relationships and establish a high level of trust and credibility
* Ability to demonstrate critical thinking
* Must be bilingual, English and Spanish

* Experience or interest in HR
