Cloud Security Architect

A Cloud Security Architect job in Blue Ash, Ohio is currently available at Belcan. To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of seven years of relevant experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Architect to design and implement secure cloud solutions that align with our business objectives and compliance requirements. This role will be responsible for developing security strategies, assessing risks, and ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our cloud environments.

Job Duties:
* Design and implement secure architectures for cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
* Develop and enforce cloud security policies, standards, and best practices.
* Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and vulnerability analysis for cloud environments.
* Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines.
* Evaluate and recommend security tools and technologies for cloud environments.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks including CMMC, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA.
* Respond to and investigate cloud security incidents and breaches.
* Provide guidance and training on cloud security to internal teams.

Required Qualifications:
* 7 to 11 years of experience in cloud security, enterprise architecture, or related disciplines.
* Expertise in AWS Cloud Security, Azure Architecture, GCP Native Security, and multi-cloud security across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
* Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud-native architecture, container security, and cloud security for Microsoft Azure.
* Experience with AWS Commerce Architecture and GCP Commerce Architecture.
* Ability to design secure, scalable cloud environments that align with business and compliance requirements.
* Relevant certifications such as CCSP, AWS Certified Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, and CISSP are highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of cloud risk management, compliance, and secure architecture principles is essential.
* Ability to guide cloud security strategy, incident response, and cross-functional security enablement across the organization.
* Industry security certifications are preferred.
* Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills are important for producing actionable intelligence and supporting security operations.
* Ability to translate threat intelligence into practical detection, hunting, and response improvements across the enterprise

Compensation:
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary rate of $134,000 to $180,000 however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.
