TRID Specialist (Entry-Level) Overview The TRID Specialist supports mortgage operations by handling document review, processing, and quality control. This role ensures loan files and supporting documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable guidelines and timelines. Responsibilities * Review and correct final loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness * Audit documents and apply necessary updates or corrections * Log and track all relevant documents in internal systems * Monitor quality of incoming files to identify trends and potential errors * Provide feedback to improve processes and reduce recurring issues * Respond to requests for documents, mini-file reviews, and full loan files * Communicate any issues or delays related to document requests * Process original and copy document requests based on workflow requirements * Support continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to procedures and workflows * Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as needed Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required * Experience in mortgage, financial services, or document management preferred * Familiarity with loan documents or lending processes is a plus Skills & Competencies * Knowledge of mortgage or financial processes * Strong document management and file handling experience * Administrative support and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication and problem-solving skills Additional Information * Entry-level opportunity with training provided * Exposure to mortgage operations and document compliance processes Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
