The St. Louis office is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical support within a supported living home setting for adults with significant behavioral needs.

Schedule: Full-time Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Work with adults with high behaviors in a Supported Living Home setting.
  • Serve as a voice and advocate for individuals served.
  • Supervise and oversee the activities of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
  • Maintain a caseload of minimum of 30 billable hours per week.
  • Conduct therapy using best practices and implement changes as client needs change.
  • Create Individual behavior therapy goals in accordance with the IEP, PCP, and/or ISP.
  • Collaborate with other therapists to develop ideas for special projects and work as a team to develop and implement those ideas.
  • Attend all agency, department, and client specific meetings as directed.
  • Participate in on-going professional training.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis Therapy or related field required.
  • Current BCBA License/Certification preferred.
