M&A Business Development and Support Associate

The M&A Business Development and Support Associate will provide sourcing and business development on the M&A team. Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of delivering excellent organizational, and communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identifying and sourcing new acquisition targets in the wealth management and financial advisor world by way of outbound calls
• Manage outreach to firms across multiple geographies.
• Creating sales funnels and pipelines and building relationships with prospective targets (attend industry conferences)
• Planning and coordinating initial calls and meetings with Senior Leaders
• Proficiency with CRM
• Other transaction and team responsibilities as assigned.
  
• 2-4 years working experience in a (outbound) business development role; (a plus if within the Financial Services industry)
• Proven success in business development results
• Experience with RIAs and Financial Advisors preferred but not required (sales at asset manager will be considered also)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient in CRM, PowerPoint, MS Office (excel not required but will be given priority if candidate has it)
• Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Excellent sales capabilities and communication skills
