We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on PKI, certificate management, data protection, and cryptography-related programs. This individual will serve as a senior-level change leader responsible for driving executive alignment, governance oversight, stakeholder engagement, communication strategy, and enterprise adoption across complex technical programs.

The ideal candidate brings deep program-level leadership experience, strong executive communication capabilities, and demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams through large-scale organizational and technology change initiatives. OCM certification is preferred; however, practical leadership experience in enterprise transformation environments is essential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities across PKI, certificate management, and data protection initiatives
  • Drive executive communications, stakeholder alignment, and program messaging across leadership and technical teams
  • Establish and oversee OCM governance frameworks, sponsor coalition engagement, and adoption strategies
  • Develop and execute integrated OCM roadmaps aligned with enterprise program objectives
  • Partner with program leadership, SMEs, and technical teams to ensure organizational readiness and successful adoption
  • Create and distribute program metrics, reporting, and change effectiveness measurements
  • Facilitate executive-level communication, dialogue, and alignment sessions
  • Provide strategic oversight and leadership across multidisciplinary teams and program workstreams
  • Translate complex technical and organizational concepts into clear, actionable documentation and communications
  • Support enterprise transformation efforts involving cryptography, PKI, certificates, and data protection technologies


Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of program-level Organizational Change Management and transformation leadership experience
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale initiatives involving executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong experience in executive communications, governance, and organizational alignment methodologies
  • Demonstrated background in PKI, certificate management, cryptography, or data protection programs
  • Exceptional communication, documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience developing OCM strategies, roadmaps, metrics, and adoption frameworks
  • Ability to navigate and influence leadership across complex organizational environments


Preferred Qualifications

  • OCM certification (Prosci or equivalent preferred)
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise security transformation programs
  • Background working within large enterprise or highly regulated environments


**What you'll do:**

* Lead the development and execution of executive communications and alignment strategies, including materials, content, program integration, and alignment methodologies.

* Establish and maintain robust change management governance, overseeing stakeholder engagement and fostering a strong sponsor coalition.

* Drive the execution of critical technology roadmap initiatives, particularly those involving Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and change management.

* Generate and distribute applicable metrics to track progress, identify insights, and ensure accountability across programs.

* Provide comprehensive program-level management, including strategic communication and dialogue across all levels of the organization.

* Navigate and lead diverse teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring successful project delivery.

* Articulate and document program-level strategies, progress, and outcomes with clarity and precision.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 7+ years of proven experience at the program management level, demonstrating the ability to lead complex initiatives.

* Explicit background and experience in data protection, certificate management, and cryptography.

* Demonstrated expertise in program-level management, including robust communication and documentation skills.

* Proven ability to lead and navigate diverse teams, fostering collaboration and achieving strategic objectives.

* Extensive experience in Change Management, with a critical emphasis on practical application and real-world impact.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Relevant Change Management certification.
