  • Share market insights and process improvements with the broader Futureforce team, and support specialty talent programs by developing and presenting enablement content for candidates, new hires, and hiring teams
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven focus on early career/University hiring
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior executives, candidates, and cross-functional stakeholders to align strategies and drive program outcomes
  • Experience managing high-volume pipelines and using conversion metrics and KPIs to inform hiring decisions and quarterly targets
  • Hands-on experience using AI productivity tools in a professional recruiting context to optimize workflows and drive efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with enterprise recruiting systems and CRM platforms such as Workday, Handshake and other comparable platforms
