Warranty Claims Supervisor

Location: Fountain Valley, CA (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $38-$44/hour

We are seeking an experienced WCC Supervisor for a temporary opportunity supporting a high-performing automotive warranty and customer care team in Fountain Valley, CA. This role is ideal for a strong leader with experience in automotive warranty claims, OEM operations, dealership support, or technical customer service environments.

The WCC Supervisor will lead a team of 9 employees, oversee daily warranty claims operations, manage escalated cases, and ensure service level goals are consistently achieved. This position works closely with cross-functional departments including Customer Service, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Technical Support to resolve complex warranty issues and improve operational performance.

Responsibilities



  • Supervise and coach WCC team members to drive productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee warranty claims processing and daily service operations
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and team performance metrics
  • Manage escalated warranty and customer service cases
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management
  • Maintain best practices for warranty operations and customer support
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve technical and warranty concerns



Qualifications



  • 3-5 years of automotive warranty, claims processing, or OEM/dealership support experience
  • Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
  • Knowledge of warranty systems such as AS/400, DCS, or similar platforms
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management systems
  • Must reside in Southern California and be available for onsite participation as needed
