Civil Professional Engineer

The Civil PE supports the planning, design, and execution of aviation-related civil engineering projects within Parkhill's Aviation Practice. This role requires specialized knowledge in airport infrastructure and airfield design.

Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest. We have 13 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.

Support the design and delivery of civil engineering projects at airports including runways, taxiways, aprons, grading, drainage, and access roadways
• Ensure compliance with FAA Advisory Circulars, TxDOT Aviation guidelines, and local regulations
• Conduct site visits and provide construction administration support

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional engineer license (PE)
• Knowledge of FAA and TxDOT Aviation standards and processes
• Familiarity with FAA AIP funding
• Experience with software including AutoCAD and Civil 3D
