The Director of Business Development, Western Region, leads and develops a team of regional sales managers responsible for driving new business acquisition and profitable network growth. This role owns the full newagent sales lifecycle-from prospecting and lead generation through contract negotiation, onboarding, and transition to account management-ensuring the team meets or exceeds revenue and profitability objectives. The leader will define strategic direction, enhance sales execution, and apply datadriven performance management to maximize productivity and ROI. This role partners closely with Marketing, Operations, and Account Management to ensure seamless agent activation, strong market presence, and long-term partner success.

Salary The base salary range is $135,000 - $150,000 per year. This position is eligible for sales compensation and stock incentives align with individual and company performance.
