Your role

As a Supplier Fulfillment Team Lead, your mission is to own supplier execution and ensure ontime delivery, material availability, and complete documentation for ETO projects. You will report to the Sourcing Manager.

You will



  • Own supplier execution endtoend, monitoring manufacturing schedules, material flow, documentation, and drawings to support project and production needs
  • Track, expedite, and challenge supplier commitments, ensuring timelines are realistic, detailed, and actively met
  • Act as the central coordination and escalation point between suppliers and internal stakeholders when delivery is at risk
  • Lead and develop fulfilment resources, establishing standard work, clear communication cadence, and strong accountability
  • Drive performance improvement, reporting on OTD, leading supplier reviews, escalating risks early, and improving fulfillment processes and tools

You have 7 - 10 years of experience in fulfillment, procurement, expediting, sales, or ETO project execution



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to hold suppliers accountable and influence without direct authority (nonnegotiable)
  • Strong communication skills with customers, suppliers, and all levels of the organization (nonnegotiable)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a team, especially in an environment that is evolving or newly structured
  • Advanced proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office; experience with data and performance reporting
  • ETO or complex industrial manufacturing environment experience (preferred)
  • Experience presenting data and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our manufacturing site and business officeinVoorheesville, United States (US).
