Primary Purpose:
Provides essential administrative and coordination support to assist project teams in meeting timelines and deliverables. Maintains accurate documentation, tracks progress, and prepares routine reports to ensure smooth project execution.

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Serves as a point of contact supporting one or two programs or projects.
  • Tracks program/project progress utilizing program databases, and develops reports for program/project management.
  • Provides program support through application, review, and verification.
  • Provides analytical support in the development of strategies, assessments, and analysis of program elements.
  • Collaborates on or individually executes the development of reports and presentations.
  • Prepares meeting agendas and distributes minutes to participants.
  • Organizes and maintains project documentation for easy retrieval.
  • Responds to standard inquiries and provides requested project information.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Typically requires 3 years of related experience.



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:



  • Project/Program Management - The process of leading the work of a team to achieve goals and meet success criteria at a specified time.
  • Communication Management - The systematic planning, implementing, monitoring, and revision of all the channels of communication within an organization and between organizations.
  • KPI/Metric Monitoring - The monitoring of performance indicators that demonstrate how effectively a company is achieving key business objectives.
  • Issue Resolution - Addressing problems that need to be solved, the decisions that need to be made, and the risks that need to be mitigated.
  • Documentation and Records Management - Creating, distributing, using, maintaining and disposition of recorded information maintained as evidence of business activities and transactions.
  • Project Risk Management - The process of identifying, analyzing and responding to any risk that arises over the life cycle of a project to help the project remain on track and meet its goal.
  • Budget Management - Estimates revenue and expenses over a specified future period of time, and re-evaluates these on a periodic basis.
  • Project Quality Management - Ensures projects are delivered to an agreed quality.
  • Data Analysis - Measuring and managing organization data, identifying methodological best practices and conducting statistical analyzes.
  • Requirements Management - The process of documenting, analyzing, tracing, prioritizing and agreeing on requirements and then controlling change and communicating to relevant stakeholders.
