Responsibilities
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible for managing the manufacturing operations including Leadership and Mentoring in a Continuous Improvement Environment utilizing Lean Principles with a focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Innovation, Morale and Championing M.C. Dean, Inc. PreFab Core Values and Guiding Principles.
Qualifications
- Minimum of sixteen (16)+ years experience with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering / related degree in a manufacturing supervisory/management function, or managing a smaller facility. Experience managing a job shop environment a plus.
- Experience in working in a lean manufacturing environment.
- Experience in leadership and development of manufacturing supervision, through training, coaching and mentoring, in managing people and in problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Strong verbal, written and electronic communication skills.
