Insurance DSV - Global transport and logistics Location: Iselin, NJ Division:Air & Sea Summary The Senior Benefits Specialist supports the administration and ongoing delivery of DSV's Health & Welfare and retirement benefit programs across the U.S. This role applies independent judgment and analytical skills to support benefits operations, resolve employee issues, ensure data accuracy, and maintain compliance with applicable regulations. The Benefits Specialist partners closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure efficient, accurate, and employee-focused benefits processes while contributing to process improvements and operational effectiveness. Physical Demands This position primarily operates in a professional office environment and requires prolonged periods of sitting, working at a computer, and using standard office equipment. Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 15 pounds) may be required. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
