The Psychologist is responsible for providing a range of clinical duties and psychology services, serving as the clinical expert and thought leader for the scope of practice. The Psychologist's primary areas of responsibility include the following:
*Provide expertise in overseeing clinical interventions that reflect best therapeutic practices.
*Provide training, consultation, and supervision to staff responsible for the direct care of clients.
*Facilitate development of healthy and safe therapeutic milieu.
*Provide direct care as appropriate consistent with professional psychological standards and minimum care standards as outlined by licensing and accreditation bodies.
*Engage in program development and clinical interventions that align with best practices and empirically supported treatments.
*Collaborate with on-site operational leadership and other departments to actively support system goals and create a culture of accountability.
*Represent Rogers Behavioral Health as a thought leader in external spaces.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide expertise in overseeing clinical interventions that reflect best therapeutic practices
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to guide, monitor and support patient care Monitor patient progress through self-report measures and other monitored outcomes to facilitate ongoing treatment planning
Assist in maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment Lead and direct the evidence-based case conceptualization and associated treatment interventions.
Be able to understand, interpret, implement, and provide direction on measures to clarify diagnosis and prioritize symptoms Provide evidence-based symptom/behavior conceptualization Identify, model, and supervise relevant empirically based treatment interventions.
Evaluate evidence-based interventions and provide recommendations and rationale for interventions to treatment stakeholders (e.g., staff, healthcare professionals, leadership, patients, and families) Provide diagnostic and case consultation as needed to maintain the highest standards of clinical treatment development. Complete and monitor required medical record documentation in accurate and timely manner, including documentation audits
Provide training, consultation, and supervision to staff responsible for direct care of clients
Provide high quality clinical supervision to clinical patient-facing staff in accordance with supervision policy and standard work (including therapists, behavioral specialists, and student trainees) In collaboration with program leadership, create and provide training to all staff to ensure most up-to-date interventions are provided Support protocol fidelity through ongoing monitoring Monitor quality and effectiveness of staff, programs, and referral services Participate in continual refinement of program policies and procedures. Attend and support debriefs Demonstrate understanding and support of regulatory agency compliance regulations

Provide support for milieu management by supporting behavioral management and intervention Work with program leadership to ensure policies and procedures are clear and applied consistently Support staff by contributing to and facilitating a culture of mental well-being and a healthy work environment including growth mindset and positive problem solving. Model professionalism and ethical practice in accordance with professional psychological standards Behaviorally model and actively promote Roger's Service Commitments. Provide professional leadership concerning clinical assessment, treatment and discharge planning, service delivery and management issues
Provide direct care for complex or high need patients or families
Support access to programs and level of care that meets the needs of patients and families. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support direct interventions, including individual, group, and family sessions Provide and model direct care interventions with patients and families. Engage in clinical assessment to clarify diagnoses and enhance treatment planning Lead and model complex case conceptualization and rationale for treatment interventions. Support complex discharge planning by engaging patient social supports and community resources as needed.
Engage in program development and clinical interventions that aligns with best practices and empirically supported treatments
Stay up to date on latest peer-reviewed empirical research relevant to the program Collaborate with system leaders to continually enhance treatment protocols and offerings Collaborate with leaders of other disciplines to ensure appropriate and consistent treatment practices Monitor program changes with outcome data to ensure high quality care. Participate in committees to promote positive problem-solving and improve services Participate in the planning, development, and implementation of new services and programs, as applicable
Represent Rogers Behavioral Health as thought leader external spaces
As required per program and/or level of care, will participate in a call schedule, and may at times need to respond onsite to urgent issues, emergencies, and coverage of critical staffing gaps outside of regular working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
As required per program and/or level of care, may require the ability to travel and provide on-site services across multiple locations, demonstrating flexibility to meet the needs of diverse patient populations.

Education/Training Requirements:
PhD or PsyD degree in licensed psychologist eligible field Minimum of two (2) years' experience, licensed psychologist able to practice in state the facility is located and in good standing with the respective licensing board. American Heart Association CPR certification within thirty (30) days of hire. Bi-annual re-certification is required. Training in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) within sixty (60) days of hire/transfer. Annual re-certification is required. Excellent communication skills, customer focus, proficiency, leadership ability, and professional integrity. For Wisconsin employees, compliance with RCC and CBRF employee requirements Electronic medical record software experience. Ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment while adhering to deadlines.
