Position Overview

The Manager, Audience Analytics is responsible for maintaining campaign performance metrics, evaluating and/or developing business process, and networking data eco-systems as it relates to defining, designing, and interpreting campaign results.


Responsibilities

  • Applies independent critical thinking to analyze vast data sets to uncover media insights, what's working, what's not working.
  • Provides ongoing analysis of audience data, evaluates the performance of programs, and provides input for improvements.
  • Checks for proper reception of the audience figures from media research.
  • Ensures the production of campaign reports complete with comments on progress and performance of programs/channels.
  • Provides day-to-day supervision to a team including reviewing work, coaching on performance, coordinating activities, checking on quality and work progress; generally managing multiple small accounts or projects.
  • Analyses information to solve on-going problems; Demonstrates thought leadership, strategy guidance moving from pure execution to tactical/strategic thinking.
  • Uses knowledge of how the team integrates with other teams (internal and external) to coordinate efforts and resources to achieve shared and individual objectives; Understands infrastructure and team dynamics.


Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience summarizing large quantities of quantitative and qualitative information to discover useful information and conclusions that can be used to form insights.
  • Experience with the collection, measurement, analysis, visualization, and interpretation of digital data illustrating user behavior on websites, mobile sites, and mobile applications.
  • Working knowledge of various audience software and tools, including data visualization tools and statistics packages.
  • Planning, executing, controlling, and monitoring the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria within established timelines.
  • Ability to pursue and cultivate business relationships, partnerships, and alliances internally and externally.
  • Focuses on developing, coaching, and mentoring to enable others to improve performance and to reach their full potential.

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee's/applicant's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
