Drives overall best value-cost, reliability, asset availability, and lifecycle performance-for assigned propulsion fleet(s) by leveraging operational demand, financial analysis, technical expertise, and industry intelligence. Leads cross-functional teams and serves as the primary point of contact for propulsion program execution, supplier and shop performance, and strategic propulsion system initiatives to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective operation of the FedEx airline fleet. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Airline/Aviation Management, Engineering, Finance, or other quantitative discipline. Minimum Experience Seven (7) years professional, exempt experience that includes:
