What you will do:

  • Assist the Service Department with daily administrative and operational tasks within our CTS system
  • Support work order management, including creating, updating, and closing service tickets
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer, equipment, and service data in company systems
  • Assist with scheduling-related tasks and communication between technicians, coordinators, and customers
  • Help organize service documentation, reports, and project-related files
  • Review incoming service requests and ensure information is complete and properly documented
  • Support internal teams with follow-up tasks, status updates, and general coordination activities
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to help streamline department processes

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Sophomore or Junior currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program
  • Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
  • Ability to commute to Auburn Hills, MI Office without relocation
